How Will The Process Go?

Video the game. Make sure the individual player can be seen in the footage. We recommend filming from an elevated platform or a bird’s eye view, a perspective taken from above. This allows HoopNotes to properly analyze the video and allows us to see where the player is always on the court. *Please note...we do not breakdown highlight tapes.

Complete and submit our registration form.

A notification email will be sent to the email address you assigned in your registration form. In the notification email will be a link to a webpage where you can upload your video.

Upload your video. Once upload is complete, you will receive a confirmation.

Turn Around Time
Clients can expect to receive their package service digitally within 24 to 120 hours (1 to 5 business days, depending on the day of request) via email.
Express service is available: Receive your evaluation in less than 24 hours with a rush service fee of an additional $50 for video evaluation on an individual player or an additional $100 for video evaluation on a Team. Be sure to specify this on the registration form.
